Rose Kikones

An interesting blend of the ancient Greek variety Limnio with more colored varieties. Rose Kikones is vinified with the saigné method, which means that all the juice is pumped out of the tank 24 hours after it's filled up with whole berries, in order to make a red wine. In this way, Rose Kikones is produced while a favorable concentration of the reds is achieved simultaneously.
A fresh, sincere rosé with deep orange color and red hues. Fruity aromas of strawberries, cherry jam and other summer fruits. Strong, fresh red fruit characteristics on the palate with soft oiliness followed by the sweetness of the alcohol.
Lingering fruity aftertaste.
Enjoy with lasagna, carbonara, chicken...
