Chardonnay Kikones
A bright white - yellow Chardonnay. 1/3 of the total volume ferments in new French oak and the rest is fermented in tanks with the classic low temperature white vinification technique, enriched with several months of bâttonage by hand both in barrels and tanks. On the nose, white - fleshed peach, pineapple, lemon, freshly - reaped straw, vanilla and toasted bread.
A judiciously oaked Chardonnay, full bodied, fresh, clean, quite oily, with a well-balanced acidity. An enduring, fruity finish.
Enjoy with seafood, fish, poultry...
